Cattle Sorting

Just curious if any other board members compete in any cattle sorting/penning events?

The wife and I typically go to one event a month... prefer the 2-man ranch sorting competition as it is fast and furous. Great family time and it allows us to use the horses off the ranch!

I don't do it but my wife is itching to try it so I see it in my near future. :lol: It's getting pretty big time out here. I think I could find a sorting every night of the week if I was inclined to.
I will say that I'd much rather go do that than team rope or do competitive cutting.

It is very popular here too. I've watched it, but I like team penning better.
