I have a friend that his bull broke its penis at one time, it is heals but when he drops it its now crooked. Will he still be able to breed? Thanks

I've seen them recover. Get a BSE done on him, and let him cover a cow to see if he can do the job. The main problem would be adhesions, which he must not have if he is able to extend.

Do you mean that in the present tense - is breeding - or future tense - will be breeding? If he is breeding anything - cow or heifer - then he's fine.
