If you already have a digital scale for you big animals you could use it. That is what I use anyways. We move the weighbars into our barn for calving and put a piece of plywood on them and it takes about 3 seconds to weigh a calf.

I was being a little sarcastic. I don't mind doing it, but it's hard run to the parents house every day when I live so far away. Plus he's not that old, he's not even 50 yet, he just never takes his reading glasses out with him. So I was going to try and make his and my life easier.msscamp":34nyc3im said:cs106":34nyc3im said:Does anyone know if anyone makes digital calf scales? Tired of having to go out and read the scales for the man who raised you, taught you how to be a man, probably helped you get into whatever it is you're doing today? My, my, haven't you just become the busy, important businessman! I'm never to busy to help my Dad, and I never will be. Maybe you need to give a little thought to changing your paradigm.
