Butchered Steer (pic's)

We butchered a limi steer last week here are a couple pic's of some of the cut's he turned out.He had been on grass with just a touch of gluten to keep him comeing in the pin.

I also prefer Medium Rare.

I like the thick cut's too these were just some i cut out thin.

BigBull got the grill good and hot put them on for about 3 min to a side and your ready to eat.Think the wife may roll some in flower and cook them in the deep fryer.

whens the cook-out? you know how to make a guy hungry. My apple just doesn't seem as appealing anymore
 
Rattler, that looks tasty. How did you slice it? Have you ever made jerky out of your beef too? Made some a while back and it was good. That looks like that would make some good jerky too.
 
Cattlehand we already had that one but if the weather break's we can alway's arrange another.
joe just used a good sharp knife it was chiled cut realy good.No i havent made any jerky out of the beef may have to try some though now you got me in the mood for jerky :D

Red Bull Breeder dont have any t bones de boned it all.

Susie David he was lean i think he has the best tast of any calf we have every butchered.
