He's 4 months old, purebred, these are the only two current pictures I've received of him. I am looking at getting him but was wondering what everyone else's opinions are.

Nice looking steer. Way too narrow between the front legs, but I don;t know what Pinz are supposed to be like.
 
I think you got some honest thoughts on the calf, but other factors have to come into play. Such as, price and EPD's as well as pedigree. You said he is "purebreed" is he registered? If not that says a lot about his herd bull potenial or lack of.

He is a good looking Pinzgauer bull calf. A little shorter than I would like but good depth and width. In my opinion, two of the finest Pinzgauer bulls from the west coast, Stryker and Handly, were purebred. Both of them had great length and showed well. If I remember right both were National Reserve Champions.
