Hi all im from Wales in UK, n from what alot of UK breeders seem to feel, Hoff limited Edition is one of the best bulls to put muiscle and shape into angus herds, just wondering what your thoughts were and if there are any other bulls worth looking at.Baring in mind that over here the look of the bull is coming to be more important than figures

I just sold a couple of bulls to two fellas that said of major importance to them was the $EN number epd since it seems corn is getting so high. I am sure that Hoff LE is a pretty good bull but I am like these two guys I want to make sure that the bulls I use are at or near the 0 for the $EN epd. I hate to pay a lot for feed, I want easy doing cattle. Of course a lot depends on your circumstances, If I had plenty of cheap feed I probably wouldn't pay much attention to the $EN. Then again if looks override figures for some people, I don't guess this particular epd means very much. JMHO
