Bull Lease agreement form

Does anyone know of a standard bull lease agreement form that I might download or copy?

We normally don't lease bulls; however, we have some parties interested in leasing bulls, and I would like to draw up a standard contract.

I saw that, and it seems pretty straight forward. However, I was looking for something a little more formal, but doesn't have to be a fancy legal document that nobody understands.
