Like a full grown bull to breed your cows?
Or when do you pull a weanling bull off his mama?

How old is this bull calf? And do you have heifer calves with him? Bull calves can breed; steer him or pull him if that's the case.

If he’s 6 months or younger he’s ok to leave with momma . Possibly 7 but not any older . Even a 3-4 month old bull calf will follow cows in heat and try to breed .
