Approximately 1000$,
And a similar http://www.two-w.com/pearson_sq.jpg cost between 3000$ and 5500$ in Sweden.

Im not sure what you mean.

I been looking on alot of squezzes and headgates, and im trying to take the best on everone of them to get a squezze for my purpose.
