Drywall & finish interior vs. using Paneling.<br /> 8. Excessive number of windows (more framing issues).<br /> 9. Job site logistics: construction site access, distance.<br /> 10. Unnecessary "designer" exteriors, gables, arches, etc.<br /> 11. Excessive roof angles vs. basic "one roof angle".<br /> 12. Custom floors: Tiles, parquet wood flooring, etc.<br /> 13. Custom bathrooms: Ceramic tile, etc.<br /> 14.
