Brahman

Cool pics! I really like that red Polo bull. Would love to have some f1 brahman herefords sired by him. Might want to proofread the site though.

I must be missing something but why registered horned/scurred purebred brahman are bad? It's not like he is raising them for commerical operation purposes. But then again herefords, simmental and charolais are horned (or used to be). Even scurred black angus existed.

Those cattle are absolutely for commercial purposes.

Bradfordman,
Your website looks great. It is easy on the eyes and easy to read. I do agree about the name. That is a mouth full.
If you haven't registered it as a business name yet, I would reconsider it.

Do you still have the White Park Cattle? If so, think of a name that wouldn't exclude your other breeds / cattle.

Good luck. I do like the little red heifer that you have for sale : )

its more about first impressions,,, like if i had great horned hereford cattle to offer... but my ranch name was """rafter L red whiteface cattle with sticky things on their heads"""
:cowboy:

That's what seedstock breeders do. That is the whole purpose of raising purebred cattle - to provide the commercial cattleman with purebred bulls to cover over their crossbred cows. Id use that red polo bull quick like.

Also, the three top bulls pictured do not appear to be owned by you. If you are using them in an AI program, I would clarify that in the description.... :2cents:

I do have the british white cattle. They are just a little side hobby. I only have three british white cows. Brahman are my main focus.

And come and get the red heifer :D

What's wrong with it?
And why would they get overlooked?
Humpback cattle sounds um.....deformed humpbacks. You have 5 cattle that is horned/scurred so it's not really polled

The majority of the brahman cattle in the US are horned.

I have 5 females in my herd that are horned and the calves they produce out of my bulls are all polled or scurred.

I'm producing polled/scurred animals. A horned cow will produce a polled calf just like a polled cow would.

Since you are sincere about becoming a breeder of quality cattle, consider using JH Polled Brahman Cattle Co. You can set up key words with search engines so that should anybody look for Brahman, Nelore, or British White Cattle, your website will come up.

The name is too long and I don't mean to be hurtful but humpback makes me think of a camel.
