Bought these for a customer

I bought these to finish up a deal for a small landowner who turns out calves and merchandises his grass by selling yearlings through the Northeast Texas Beef Improvement Association's co-mingled sales managed by Sulphur Springs Livestock Auction. As high as calves are this year, I I hope he breaks even. If he does that, he will have made money by the property tax savings by keeping his land in ag use.

Compared to here, that's a pretty good price. 4-5 weights are bringing 3.50 to 4.30 here last week...

We dont have to be concerned about ag use tax here and its a good thing. They were high Saturday here. I couldn't even but the culls. I have about 1/2 the cattle i need.
Im going fishing instead and let the grass grow. As @ClinchValley86 did with a few acres last year, it might be ok to let it grow a year.
