I have a calf that was born yesterday, it is weak and won't nurse. I tubed it with colostrum yesterday and this morning I tubed it with 1 1/2 quarts milk replacer, ( it still won't suck.)
I have seen Bo-Se recommended many times on this forum, it seems like this is what I should give the calf, but I can't find anyplace to get it, any suggestions

It's a prescription med.

Vitamin AE&D and vitamin B12 may be in order...and they aren't prescription meds. And give the calf some probios. Keep feeding the calf milk until you get hold of the doctor.

Is there any reason the calf may be dehydrated? If there is, get some electrolytes down it...not a lot all at once.
