Blower for kids 4-H steers, Info Needed!

We are looking to buy a blower for our kids since they are in 4-H showing steers.

We would like to know what is the best blower for the money. We do not need one with lots of bells and whistles, just one that will get the job done efficiently and effectively.

Sullivan's Air Express III, we are running the same set of blowers for the last 7 years, I have had to replace the cord once on one after a calf got to it, that is it. Keep them clean and clean the filter and they run forever.
