Bleargh!

its rained here for days on end. Ive never seen so much rain in December- January. Its staying just above 32 deg and its terrible on the cows.

Yep, they sure are miserable when it rains and it's cold.. Is it windy too?

I posted this before, it's from about a month ago.. it started with wind, then rain, then sleet, then snow.. by morning it was -17C (1F) and the cows let me know they were very displeased about this

I told mine to suck it up and get back to grazing

Yea, but did they do it? :lol2:

yes, they did.. I left, (put the ear plugs in), and after a while it was back to pushing the snow off the grass.. there was plenty of food there and it was powdery snow

Just gonna be cold and windy here for the most part of several days. Highs and lows about 10 degrees either side of 0. Just normal early January weather, nothing truly nasty on the forecast 8)

Certainly no mud here, I guess that's why they call it a "dry cold" :P :P :P

I remember Caustic once saying right before a winter storm here "I told mine they better head for the woods".
:D

Mine didn't have anything in the way of shelter.. maybe that's what the complaints were about.

When it's cold here its also very dry

Well, it's snowing here again.. have about 4" on the ground, it's been a light, steady flurry all day, doesn't look to be letting up.. roads were miserable going into town today
