Spent some time poking around looking at the calves yesterdays. I took lots of pictures so thought I'd split it up into two separate posts. These are all BA heifers - some aren't papered so didn't take BW or WW on them. But have included that information on the rest.

This one might not be the prettiest but I think she's probably the most special heifer in the pen.
Camaro sired out of our oldest cow, #13, who will be 17 years old this coming spring. Oh how I wish this one could be papered. We never bothered to have the papers transferred when we bought the old girl at a dispersal sale 9 years ago. Her breeder had passed away and the family dispersed the cows. Her tattoo is there but not very legible. You can make out the breeder prefix but the number is too faded to read. Not that papers would make her any more special but it would be nice...

born Apr 4
Prince sired heifer out of an Advantage dam. Her dam is a 1/2 sister to the heifer above.

I'll post the reds & the commercial heifers in a separate post so I don't blow anyone's computer up with too many pictures ;-)

Thanks for the pics. Some very nice heifers. Look forward to the other pics.
