Billings

On Saturday I heard that there were close to 4,000 pairs headed for Billings because of the drought. I'm not sure if they were headed to PAYS or BLS but one of the yardmen said there was no end in sight to the loaded semis rolling in. Then they said that they couldn't sell them as pairs because nobody would buy them so they're splitting them up!
