I have a Australian book that is very good, but can't remember the name, if you are interested I can look it up for you.

I agree on Stockmans Handbook, have never been able to find it in a shop though, the local library has a very old copy, I think it dates from somewhere in the fifties

Not sure about the author, but the book looks as if it could be the same book. The one in the library's cover don't look the same, but it could well be a much earlier edition.

The new high dollar one is 1991. The others used are 1978 I think. See the other post - I think they're the same. Powell's is a reputable bookseller for old and antique books. I'm sure they'd ship to you, Knersie.
