I'm pondering no-till drilling some bermuda grass this spring. We cleaned up some areas over the winter and tossed out ryegrass to hold the sloped areas. With all the rain over the winter, the ryegrass has done a great job of controlling erosion.....and feeding the girls. I'm worried that plowing will encourage erosion to start since it's all sandy loam and has pretty steep grade in areas. I have easy access to a small no-till drill with a small seed box. Has anyone no-tilled bermuda grass in the past? How did work for you? Anything special you did or wish you had done( besides giving the ryegrass a good dose of Roundup)?
