Wife just informed me that she calved on this same day last year.

Not all of em. They do tend to hair up when it cools off tho. The ones I've had slick off pretty nice in the summer. Tho I've also seen some that stay pretty hairy even when it's hot.

They can be pretty hairy, really they are too hairy for here. They would be better suited up north. The two we have spend a lot of time in ponds several months out of the year.
