They do look good don't they. I did a Google image search on tri tip and I thought that looked so appealing I had to post it.

I asked for all of the tri tip with our carcass steer , it looks really good. I have yet to try it though as we have been indulging ourselves on all of the rib ,sirloin and New York strip steaks .
