Has anyone in the Texas area done this workshop at TAMU? I got lucky and was able to register for one of the sessions next week. Really looking forward to learning the processing and carcass breakdown aspects.
That’s what I’m hoping for. We’ve been happy with our current animals that have gone to the freezer (minus one), but always room to improve.I have gone through it several years ago. If your experience was like mine, it will open your eyes about the type of cattle you produce.
