Interesting article. I wonder if we will see a mass of foreclosures/bankruptcies, like we did in the mid and late 80's?

If it keeps going at this pace I do think so. Buddy mine is a rep for Big Iron online auction company. He has been to 50% of the banks in our tristate area. Bankers wanted to hear his details on how about it works. Will be calling him before the first of the year on the guys that don't get bills caught up to sell some stuff.
 
The guy was a moron for taking such big loans.. people are really hard of learning it seems.. 18% interest in the 1980's didn't serve as a lesson apparently

The pictures tell the story.......evidently, keeping stacks of pallets, old 5 gal buckets and empty drums around are to blame and are the road to ruin for ag property owners......
(i think I may be in big trouble...) :shock:
