Bambi proof catch pen

Had a surprise in catch pen when got home from stockyards today. Expired baby doe in wire panel catch pen. Sure it wasn't there early morning cause drive right by it. Back end and eyes already gone, guess the buzzards letting marinate overnight moved it away from cows and calves. 8 foot gate was open for co ws to get mineral but Bambi could not find way out. Pen is about 32 x32 . Just never know

I'd bury the carcass before I'd let those flying devils get it.

Know what you mean they even brave enough to sit on peak of 130+ year old barn. Instead of flying devils I'm using the term sitting ducks.
