Bad Boy

I think I need a 12 or 15 footer that folds. My 6 has been retired and I'm using my 7 foot disc mower. Gonna kill sooner rather than later on these rocky pastures.

Wish I could be more help. Bad Boy looks to be making some decent stuff. Wish I could afford a Woods brand.

Found one for what I thought was a pretty good deal. A 2022 that haven't ever sold or been used and still came with all the warranty, so went ahead and bought it. We were needing a new one, our old one is a Woods and really didn't ever care much for it. But I do know others who really like the Woods. Didn't really want to spend the extra money for a New Bush Hog brand, Land Pride, John Deere or Rhino so went with that deal on the Bad Boy will know more later this summer.

May I ask why? I borrowed a Woods, tore it all to hell, going over the same stuff I did with my BushHog.
We have a batwing Bush Hog and batwing Woods and 10' straight deck Bush Hog, all are the heavy duty models. The Woods has been the least problematic followed by the 10'. It holds together better and gets more abuse. Feels like it's made a little better.

To me they just look very heavy built. I've never used one personally. Have used nothing but light weight models up to a 6 footer.

Neighbor has a pretty heavy bush hog brand that seems to be holding up well.

I did a number on a disc mower this week clipping rocky pasture. Gonna have to make a move into some type of rotary cutter and soon.

My experience between the two is there are always little things with the Bush Hog. This seal leaks, this vent isn't working, etc. Still a good peace of equipment just always little things that drive me nuts. I have never had any thing like that on the Woods. If some thing is broke, I likely broke it. LoL

I have a Bush Hog and I agree seems like they are always needing something. Not crazy about the wheel support design on the back either, already had to replace one. Rhino has been the best bang for the money I have used so far.
