The first questions are for you… Is it worth the $h!t you have to deal with for the price difference? How much is your time worth? Do they act like they want your business? Form the sounds of this post you’re done with them. I know my time is worth money. I ordered 3 semi trucks of salt that should have been in 2000 lbs sacks. It was all in 50 lbs bags (same product same quality). I called the company that I bought it form and asked what I ordered because it did not match the invoice I signed. They would not pay me by the hour to open and dump bags so I told them I didn’t want any of it. I did not pay a cent for there mess up; but it did cost me about 3 hours of my time between making the order, dealing with there screw up, calling my bank, and making an order with a new company. They would not understand that it cost me my time so I got the shorter end of it all and I don’t use them any more because of that.
