It will probably play jerky the first time. After it plays, replay it and it will show correctly

It is all in the angles. If you notice that the bow from the side view is always perpendicular to the ground and maintains it's angle (for the most part) whether the auger is up or down. Since the riser arms that connect to the hydraulic cylinder butt up against the bow it is forced to maintain the same angle.So the line along the hydraulic cylinder is shorter when raised and longer when down. The pressure to the lower arms of the tractor is horizontal and the pressure to the center-link attached to the tractor is vertical.agmantoo":5516tgr6 said:Dun

What dun's not telling folks is that he had to have screened topsoil hauled in just so he would have somewhere to use his auger. From what I've seen of his place I wouldn't want to be in the hole digging business!
