It's not an easy thing to do. But when the cattle get into the hands of people who aren't willing to make the committment necessary, it will be interesting to see what happens. I believe there are established breeds that would work as well as Aubrac in doing what is being tried. But some people love to try out a new breed.</p></blockquote><p></p>
