Alrighty, I've finally decided to put up part three of the pictures I've taken at the Devonian Botanical Gardens. Enjoy!
Teepee hiding in the bush
Mom's favorite flower: the peone
Canada geese and their lil' goslings
Down the crick
Inside the teepee pictured in first photo of this thread
Flowers (actually a combination of lilies and irises) among the cattails and reed grasses along the crick
Reflection upon the water
Lilies on display at a Lily Contest
Native Tiger Lilies plucked and placed in a vase for all mankind to see...
Pretty flower that belongs in an arid-semi-desert climate
An assortment of cacti in the Desert Atrium of the DBG
A large aloe vera spp. plant
Flowers stretching out from a cactus
The African Thorn tree, (forget the real name of it) found in the heart of Africa...look at the size of those thorns!
Flowers of the arid desert climate...
Blossoming cacti
Potted cacti
Flowers among all the prickles and sand
Part IV will be of the butterfly house and the Japanese gardens...plenty of pics yet to come. ;-)
