I had 40 acres of wheat destroyed by army worms. I plowed again and disked it up.
While plowing I saw hundreds of moths flying around.
I want to try to replant. Do I go ahead an replant or spray for worms and replant?
There is fields around me that has coastal and Johnston grass in them.

As I understand it, the moths lay their eggs on the leaves so if you plowed the ground they should be plowed under and nothing to lay eggs on. Eggs will hatch in 3 days so there shouldn't be anything for them to eat so they would either starve or move somewhere else during the 7-10 days it should take your wheat to germinate. So with that in mind, I think I'd plant then when the wheat sprouted I'd spray with Dimlin and hope colder weather got there before it wore off.
