arkfeld scale

I don't know where to post this but this is most active forum so here goes. I have an old Arkfeld livestock scale, 1600 lbs. I would like to convert to digital with load bars. Anyone ever done anything like this or have info, site etc. that may help me. I use it to weigh calves at weaning as they go through the cattle system. thanks farmguy

Hell, if I had something like in that photo and it were not broke, I would not be trying to fix it ! That would be a great addition for me

I would put it further back in the alley but....if it is meant to be a head bale too...

I would talk to your local scale dealer and see what they offer to convert it to a digital indicator. I know an old beam scale can be converted by adding a load cell and digital indicator.
