HI. LEONARD OSTER OF BAKER CITY,OR IS STILL MAKING SADDLES AT HIS HOUSE. I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A USED ONE AND HE IS GOING TO LOOK UP THE RECORDS ON IT. I JUST TALKED TO HIM TONIGHT 5/4/2009. THERE IS A RANCHER IN NEVADA WHO THINKS THEY DON'T GET ANY BETTER THAN A OSTER. IF YOU HAVE AN OSTER IT SHOULD HAVE A NUMBER. HE CAN BE CONTACTED AT 541-523-6104. HOPE THIS HELPS. I have a Wade made by Leonard Oster in 1997 that I bought it fairly cheap as it needed repairs. As I am a maker this was not a problem. It is an excellent saddle, well-made on a fine tree by Sonny Felkins, Monticello, Utah. If you can get an Oster in decent shape and price you will have a fine rig. Best of luck!
