I had actually heard of them. We don't use them. We do use a Cell Game Camera to monitor our remote watering system.I've been seeing some things about this company and product called Ranchbot. Seems interesting but curious if anyone has heard of them or used any of their products?
They will get a picture out in some pretty bad service areas. If a text will go a pic will go. The camera will store the pic also for a little while and send when service comes back. I have them in areas where the service comes and goes with the wind, literally. The problem I have with using game cameras is that my cell service is rather spotty. I don't trust the cellular connection to actually be reliable. Which means now I'm checking game cameras and water you know?
I always found it strange that wind affects service, but it does. They will get a picture out in some pretty bad service areas. If a text will go a pic will go.
