Anybody ever have the same dream twice?

I have had this dream twice now, it is always the same, seems to freaky, set in some War of the Worlds setting, its pretty scary too, but interesting.

No. I know I dream, I can remember having dreams, but not the same one twice. I hardly ever remember them. I do have dreams where I get really mad and tell people off. I dream about smoking again. I dream of being a kid again. I can remember the general outline but not the whole thing.

Yep, one scary one when I was a kid. Two or three times in the last few months, I've dreamed about the same hotel. The dream varies, but it's the same place.

Not the same dream but did have the same nightmare many many times. It hasn't happened in years, I hope it never happens again.

My night fright has the same theme but usually different setting. I'ts about being talked into going back to work to "help out" then finding myself stuck on some he77 hole of a job. Soon I find everyone else has disapeared to greener pastures and I'm left their to muck it out. I've had it so often that I have learned how to stop it before it goes that far. :stop: ;-)

Ive had this same nightmare several times, the same scenario. one of those you wake up from and thank GOD it was a dream ......and it didnt involve cattle either ;-)

I have always been interested in this country's wars, and thought about joining the military at one time. For some reason, I have had a dream where I am in the army, fighting alongside all of my best friends from high school and college. I always wake up when one of them yells "INCOMING". Usually wake up in a cold sweat, and have had this dream 4-5 times the last 5 years or so.

I'm sure some psychologist would tell me what it means, but I probably wouldn't believe what they had to say. I believe it means I would fight and die for my friends and country if I had to.

I used to have the same dream over and over. It was a really bad dream, (worse than ugly women :roll: ). Anyhow, I found that if I planned when I was awake how I would handle it when I was asleep, I could work it out in my dream. I could alter the outcome. Crazy how the mind works I think.

I have had the same dream since I was a little kid it only happens when I am sick and running a fever tho but I have it everytime I am real sick been having it for over 40 yrs and it is a Weird dream

But what freaks me out is I will dream of being someplace I have never been before and later on I will be there I know it sounds like BS but has happened 3 or 4 times and it makes my skin crawl

when i was a mechanic. i was building a automatic transmission, had it built and ready too go back in that evening, for the next day. that night i dreamt i left a thrust washer out.. next morning i found out i had. ...... :shock:

Thats called deja vu, I have had that several times too. Ben paces that I swear I have been to before, but haven't been. i get that with people I meet too.

I also have had a dream several times where I am in my hometown, and I'm crossing the 9th street bridge on the walkway, and all the sudden the bridge collapses and I'm falling towards the water, and then I wake up. That dream always scares me half to death.

Twice???? Heck I have the same dream saga over and over and over and over again and have for at least 25 years and probably consciously remember more of that whole deal than I do high school..........Too much Conan, Lord of the Rings, King Arthur, Old Testament, medieval warfare type reading/viewing when I was young I think. I thought about writing it as a semi-historical novel but the ending is so horrificly brutal I wouldn't want to put it to paper.

Nope , not to me. It happens quite often, not just places but people and scenarios. It is creepy to say the least ,freaks hubby out a lot.

ive had a few dreams more than twice.an it scares me because when i do that they usually come true.
