Little johnny was at school one day, and the teacher was going around the room asking what the children's daddy's did. Susie said "my daddy is a doctor".
David said "my daddy is an accountant".
And so it goes around the room until the teacher gets to little Johnny, who replies "teacher my daddy is dead".
The teacher says to Johnny "oh I'm so sorry to hear that Johnny. What did your daddy do before he died"?
Little Johnny says to the teacher "oh he turned blue and crapped his pants".
David said "my daddy is an accountant".
