Go to your photo in the photo gallery. Right click on it, and click properties at the bottom of the box that opens. Highlite the url and copy it with the left mouse button. Click the right mouse button and click on copy. Now bring it back to the message you are trying to post it to. Along the top there are some yellow boxes look to the right and click yellow box with img in it. Now left click and paste the url and then click img again the photo should be dthere
