Alaska highway

Anyone ever drive the Alaska Highway. My brother wants to drive it next year and wants my wife and I to come along. Just wondered if it was worth the effert?

Mom and Dad did about 4yr ago with 34' motorhome and had a ball. They were 71yrs young at the time.

Been across it 8 times, 4 going and 4 coming. It is beautiful.

Sounds wonderful...especially in a motor home.

I have been up and down twice. Both times on the fly (Seattle to Anchorage in four days). I really want to go back and do it again only taking my time. I would drive up and catch the ferry from Haines back down.
