If you can go longer than 18 seconds you are phenomenal. It's been said that the Air Force uses this for fighter pilots. They are expected to go for at least 2 minutes.

Well, I got up to 12 seconds. Of course not by any skill, just by memorizing the direction the blue things move.

Its not that hard. Especially if you were to do it more than once. They go the same way every time.
