AI'd our first heifer

The bleeding is no more then a sign that she ovulated. Through the years I've probably only seen 1-2% show any bleeding.
 
I wouldn't worry about anything until 18 days from now. We usually pull them in and repatch a couple days before.

Just don't open the champagne until day 23! :D Sure hope she sticks for you. The first two I ever did, I stuck. 6 months pregnant and 32 degrees in November. I attribute most of that to luck!
 
The worst thing you can do is get over anxious. You have to trust that you did your part and leave the rest up to her and accept that there is nothing that you can do beyond putting semen in the right spot on a hot cow. Otherwise you'll drive yourself nuts worrying about it and worry doesn't help anything anywhere in the process. :D
