AI verse Embryo transfer????

I was wondering what your thoughts are on AI vs Embryo transfer? Of course we are having someone besides us do it, but any pros or cons for each??? This sounds like a dumb question but if we choose embryo transfer can we do reg embryos into our unreg black angus? We only have two that are unreg the rest are reg.
