Just another pellet circle. We had the heifer calves up to re delouse them and the crew kept me too busy to remember I had the wherewithal to take photos in my pocket. These second rate snow cattle are starting to look pretty good for this time of year.211608EF-DF82-4EE2-B415-BF9811AE4BBC.jpegF25752F1-BF81-4D3D-B169-7B4688D9F8D7.jpeg530F3B2A-BC8D-4BB7-9618-1877DC6FB141.jpeg5C620B7E-32FE-4C80-8B20-C0BF07A9747C.jpeg13C758A6-788C-4F57-B8DE-D1AE61985B7D.jpeg41ACDC5C-3B6E-4EEE-BBD1-DAAF1590FBDB.jpeg40F89168-7201-4A9D-9F7A-132726AC6B60.jpeg

I see you feed quite a bit in circles, is this so they can benefit from each other as a wind block? Sorry for questioning, just never seen it done in my area.
Very nice looking heifers as well.

Good looking bunch, red and black, my kind of herd.
X2 and what always impresses is that they look so good no matter what the season is.
I'm so used to seeing so many south and southwest cattle that get to looking 'poorly' in the winter.. not starving but not in greatest condition either.

We have seen our cattle in poor condition a couple times. Don't plan on seeing them thin again.

It is easy to become ''barn blind''. It is hard to regain condition on poor or marginal feed.
