In my case, it's taking painkillers to kill pain of torn muscle in my back to allow me to be somewhat functional today. Getting pretty good a chopping wood for stove in a crouching position.

It happened 5 days ago and was getting pretty good yesterday when I decided to fill salt and mineral feeders and buggered it again. Warm spring weather has me antsy to get working harder and longer days, but body says no, not yet.
 
Well, hope you get to feeling better soon. Had a bad back (torn discs) for nearly 30 years now....I just learned to deal with it, but it ain't fun and I have to be careful.
