A 'meteor storm' of 1,000 shooting stars per hour may light up the skies over North America next week

The Tau Herculids could bring up a meteor storm, but there's a good chance it won't happen at all.

I saw one, only one.
It was beatifull and bright but very shortlived.

Wife and I drove out of Copperas Cove toward Lampasas and pulled over on a side road a little before 11pm. I guess, in the next hour we may have seen 7-8. Definitely a little bit of a disappointment but better than zero.
