A little rain

We got 10+" of rain last night and today. There was 200 rolls of hay in this field yesterday all of them floated down the river today.[/img]

A tree fell on the back of our house last night .

Dang it! Years back I still had a dozen rolls on the Brazos flood plain. I lost that dozen rolls and was completely bummed out about it. It made me sick. I couldn't imagine losing 200, plus getting my house damaged too. I am very sorry.

My sympathy for the loss. Thats a big hit.
Had a similar rainfall in '94. 9" in 4 hr. The creek bottoms looked just like that pic. Fortunately, there wasn't anything of value like hay down in the flood areas. Just lucky. Fixed fences for a month, however.
