How soon after you AI do you put a cleanup bull in with them? I've got some heifers I'm going to AI. :tiphat:

A week and don't be surprised if you get some that cycle 10 days after the AI and breed to the cleanup bull! Had it happen a couple times.

I put mine in 15 days after kinda takes a little guess work out of it.

We wait 1 week, but we DNA test all calves, for sire verification.

I wait two weeks.

Usually 2 weeks. And they can recycle then so it can get tricky sometimes. Ive heard that cattle will calve within 280-286 days. So if thats true then it should be a no-brainer.
