Thanks for the pic Larry.
I had forgotten how flat the fields we're up there.
People think I'm crazy around here when I tell them ya'll have to put drain tile in your fields.

That's one of the good things about the internet is seeing how different things are over the rest of the country. :lol2: I reckon we can thank Al gore for that.

Nice pics, thanks for sharing. What type feed mix are you using?

Jogee, that is high moisture corn and dried distillers grain. We run the corn through a roller mill that blows it into an upright silo.

It's about time you posted pics again Larry , try to do it a little more than once every two or three years though.. ;-)

Everything looks great. Your Holsteins look amazing, great job.. :D

Would love to have a tour of your operation sometime if I ever get to your neck of the woods.

Very impressive Larry. Do you have any pics of finished steers? Would love to see them!

I'll try to get a few pics of some that are about finished.

I would really love that. I got to meet Kenny Thomas and John 250 this winter, it was great. It would be a thrill to get to meet more of the board in person.

Larry, if you'd make those corn rows less straight and more serpentine you might increase your yields. ;-)

Hey they always say there is more corn in crooked rows :lol2: .

Larry

Wow Larry! Thats the way to do it. I must agree though, those rows of corn are just too straight :tiphat: .
