I pulled a few heifers off their Mommas on Thursday. Thought I would share a couple pictures. These are the last calves off the Limo Bull my papaw set us up with. Bull was sold last winter. These heifers will stay on the farm if they end up decent.

3/4 Limo X 1/4 Gelbvieh. I really like this one.

Our cattle are crosses mostly of charolais and limo. Bit of gelbvieh in two. Somewhere back in time there were a few holsteins. Only see that in one cow now. Got a few sims. It truly is a mixed up bunch. But they are good cows.

Here's a pic of most of them. A nice variety.

The dark red heifer is a sim on both sides. She has ended up so so. Built alright IMO just growing slower than the rest.
