4 million slaves valued at $4 billion dollars at the time...what it cost?? A whole generation or two of fine "Americans". Presidents, professors, farmers and merchants.gimpyrancher":1jyipm75 said:Has anyone ever seen any parts of the plane that crashed into the pentagon? In this day and age, no video or pictures of the event or it's aftermath?
By the way, the Civil War was fought because the government wanted to free the slaves. But those slaves were the personal property of their owners. So it would be far more accurate to say it was fought because the government wanted to take the private property of some of their citizens without compensation. As for hindsight? Slaves by the time the war was fought were declining in value. The government could have bought every slave and freed them for a lot less money than the war cost us. There were more dead soldiers during the civil war than all the rest of our wars combined. At least I think that is still true. What did that cost us?
Nope, he's been working on the ranch for years. I know him better as Grandpa. At feed time he just walks out in the pasture and starts shakin' that leg and singing Hound Dog. Them old cows come in single file just a dancing and swaying as they come. Its been a sight to see all these years.dun":2sg2a2ps said:I heard Elvis was spotted working in a Burger King in New Delhi

Interesting if you want to see Spike Lee's take on it. I didn't like it.circlew":2v2pn6ps said:Texas Bred- There was a documentary made a few years ago called CSA Confederate States of America. It was about what would have happened if the south would have won. It was interesting. Look it up.
I agree with this If by enemies you mean not just al Qaeda and their sympathizers but also the many dysfunctionally imaginative wack jobs of other religions who are also al Qaeda supporters but just don't have sense enough to know it.circlew":2v2pn6ps said:All this Conspiracy Theory crap is our enemies trying to make us look bad for going to war to take revenge on the people responsible.
