For those of you that offered assistance when i couldn't get her to run thanks.

just kidding ya'll did offer good advice.
I tried it all and eventually went back to the fuel pump not working. Went to drop the tank for a second time and noticed a ground wire was broken, and bingo repaired it and she cranked right up.
