Yeah, I will see if I can find a picture of his dam. She was around until she was 15+ not sure how old she really was. Calf got sick this spring so she headed to town or she would still be going.

What is the registration number on the bull? I also like him a lot. Are you keeping many replacements out of him? Also, jake did you happen to get my PM?

Couldn't find a picture of his dam.

Jacob, he is unregistered. He's an occ magnitude sn and I missed you pm I will get you replied in the morning.

Sooner, I never have used him. Have seen calves but there are other bulls out there that I like more.

Cows look good Jake. That bull really has some depth to him :tiphat:

Grass looks good. Have you heard how the grass and crops are over around Oberlin?

They have been pretty dry I know. Not sure how much of these last rains they have gotten. We have had around 2", Salina area has had 5" and some places have had as much as 7 or more over the last couple of days.

Your cattle look really good, I sure like the bull. Have you used any OCC Paxton if so how did you lie him.

Have thought about using him, just haven't done it yet. Have seen a bunch of them down at Ohlde's. Calves seem to grow well and still have the fleshing ability you would expect. When I get enough SAV heifers I am going to cross them back to Paxton

Cows look good Jake... I really like that bull... The OCC Magnitude son I used got snakebit so only lasted one year-- but I'm sure liking the heifers we got from him in that one breeding year...

I sold a nice looking yearling son (Lazy Bar B Trackrunner 17506127) out of that bull to a friend of my sons that has a commercial herd with the right to first chance to buy him back in a few years.. I thought it would give me a chance to see how he grew out and what kind of calves he throws... He definitely has the genetic power behind him- so I'm hoping he might make us a herd bull in a few years...

Have you looked at the Sinclair dispersal catalog? I was looking through it last night. Not sure if I"m going to spend any money out there or not. Some pretty well bred animals with Rito, EXT and 6807 all in the three deep pedigree.
